Porter Guitars Payment Contract/Purchase agreement

 

I, __________________ agree to purchase Porter Guitars Model _____________ for the total amount of ______________. I understand that my down payment of__________ (1/3 of total purchase price) is due before work on the guitar begins and that this down payment is NON REFUNDABLE.

*Monthly price does not include the fees listed above, but does reflect balance after required 1/3 NON REFUNDABLE down payment and all custom options, shipping and any applicable tax. Guitars will not be shipped until they are paid in full. Payments received late will be charged an Extra $15.

Guitars may also be paid for with credit or bank card by using Paypal services. Payments can be made on the Customer Support Page or invoiced to the buyer by Porter Guitars or through payments on Paypal ID brian@porterguitars.com

 

Guitar purchase details (A Mailed Copy will be sent to all buyers)

The specific details of the guitar you ordered will be sent to you along with your customer information and payment details. If anything looks different, please contact us right away so we can get everything straightened out. In most cases, we cannot change an order once it has begun. Once down payment is received, you will be contacted with your production order number, and serial number. Because all Porter Guitars are made with careful craftsmanship, the total build time may take several months depending on the number of guitars ahead of you in line, and the amount of options you choose. If any unforeseen expenses come up to finish your guitar, this could also delay the completion date, especially if you are on a payment plan. Please allow at least 4-6 months for completion of you guitar. We will do our best to get your guitar to you in a timely manner, but we would rather take the time and attention to details than just get them out the door. Please refer to the guitar warranty for more information about your guitar.

 

Payment and Purchase Terms:

By agreeing to purchase a Porter Guitar, the customer will assume the responsibility or paying on time for their guitar and understands that the 1/3 deposit on each guitar is NON-REFUNDABLE. We give our customers 10 days with their new guitar to try it out, and make sure it's just the way they like it. We want YOU to be happy, and will make every effort to make things just how you want, but will not make any more changes unless brought up by the customer during  the 10 day trial period.

 

Custom Guitars Policy

Custom Guitars Includes: Anything with a different body or neck shape, bridge or pickup design, custom woods, or finish not listed as included options on our site are NON-REFUNDABLE. We will determine at the time of order if your guitar falls under this category or not. If guitars are returned for some reason, we do not want to have to try and sell someone else's custom guitar with all their options to another customer.

 

By signing this contract, I agree with all financial and other requirements posted above and will pay them in a timely manner on the 15th of each month according to my above number of agreed months.
